The town code includes regulations about many things that affect us including short-term rentals; building size and construction, noise; our visible environment including signs, lighting and dark skies; RV, trailer and boat storage; landscaping and dumpsters. The Orient Association had its annual membership meeting on May 27, 2023 starting at 9:30a in Poquatuck Hall. President Barbara Friedman reviewed the accomplishments of, and issue being addressed by the Orient Association over the past year and our prospective plans going forward.
